Please NOTE that African Prints may ship faster than regular clothing.
Please NOTE that shopping African Clothing together with regular clothing may slightly increase your shipping price.
Local Deliveries:
For customers within Washington DC who are purchasing African Prints Clothing, we offer complimentary local delivery service. This means you can enjoy the convenience of receiving your order directly to your doorstep at no extra cost.
Incomplete Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Smooth Visage is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Delivery Time:
- Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, unless the item is on Pre-Order.
- All African Print Clothing are usually shipped out 1-3 business days after purchase
- All Print on demand are usually shipped out 1-3 business days after purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
- All other clothing apart from print on demand and African clothing are usually shipped out between 3-11 business days
- Most Regular Clothing are usually shipped out within 1-3 business days after purchase depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
- Please NOTE that we will not be able to alter your order once it has been fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping:

- Standard shipping (4-7 business days)- $6.99
- Priority shipping (2-4 business days)- $12.99 via USPS Priority
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days) - $21.99
International Shipping:
While we currently operate primarily in the USA market, we are excited to announce that all our items can be shipped worldwide. However, please note that our market presence is currently limited to the USA. We are actively exploring opportunities to expand our reach to more countries in the near future.
